My visit with Dr. Charles was amazing. She is very personable and thorough in her process. She is kind and was very good at explaining everything to me that she was thinking in trying to get my health back on track. She looks at me as a patients but as a person first and made me feel at ease to be open to her with out feeling judged or classified into a certain group so I felt as though I was receiving very individualized care. She had medications sent to the pharmacist before I got home. In my opinion she is great and so is her staff. I highly recommend!!!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
