Very poor and almost no-existent Covid safety precautions. Chaotic office. Packed waiting room. Obviously overbooking, Impossible to social distance. Observed gentleman returning an envelope addressed and mailed to him with someone else's info inside. Waited 45 minutes to be taken back to exam room where waited another 15. Temperatures not taken until patient enters exam room. What happens if someone has abnormal temp? Are all patients who were exposed (including those who left) alerted? Nurse forgot to give gown, but doctor able to find one in another room. Door of exam room left open because air conditioning broken. No confidentiality. Could hear everything going on in other rooms. Also, observed minimal cleaning of rooms and someone walking around without a mask. Dr. Li very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Appt. went well. However, staff is friendly, but overworked and undertrained. I left feeling I had been put at high risk for exposure to contagious coronavirus.

Excellent. Informed dermatologist. Easy to get an appointment in the NEAR future unlike many others in this field! Very personable and a pleasure to visit.

Excellent dermatologist, staff , prompt and easy to schedule or re-schedule appointments. I work in a doctor's office and refer my patients to this office without a doubt.
