I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
