They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
