I've been a patient for 20 years, and he is extremely knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. Most pain specialists believe in only kind of pain medicine but Dr. Rho is thorough and leaves more options for patients to better alleviate my chronic pain. I highly recommend him for anyone searching for the best physician. I first saw him when he was only 3 miles from my home, but he moved and now I travel 30 miles each way to see him because of his expertise. He will never compromise his ethics and there is nothing more importance than having a Dr who you can trust with your life.

Dr Rho and his staff have helped me for close to 20 years with my back injury. Unfortunately it's workman's comp related so a lot of times his hands are tied but he does his very best to make me comfortable.

I would stay away from this office if at all possible. The doctor himself isn't so bad but his staff are horrible and that's really who you're dealing with 99% of the time. You definitely start to realize it's just about another dollar in the pocket when you see the packed full, no seats available waiting room and deal with 3 to 4 hour waits before being called back to see him. It's not just the Rancho office from what I hear. His Redlands office has just of bad a reputation among his patients. All you have to do is listen to the conversations going on around you in the waiting room to realize there is a significant problem with the way patients are being treated by staff. Be aware!!! This shouldn't be tolerated but because of his speciality and the high demand, he'll never lose any business and it's apparent he could care less otherwise. Not once have I ever seen anything done to try to foster a friendlier environment. Shameful to treat people so badly because of the type of medication they use.

Dr. Rho spent a lot of time with me and made sure every question I had was answered. His staff was friendly and very welcoming They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
