One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
