No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
