I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Dr. Kirk was recommended to me by a friend. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment that I would get some relief for my back. Dr. Kirk is well qualified and very courteous. I was comfortable discussing my problem and treatment. He was able to accommodate my calendar to schedule appointments. Pleasant office.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
