The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I am so happy my entire family goes to him. What a wonderful find! Thanks to my brother. I can't believe the difference we experiance and the staff is great totally professional and knows us by name and caring for our busy schedules.
