Mark Olson has been my chiropractor for at least 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is very family oriented. He listens to what you have to say. He is always researching nutrition, supplements and techniques so he can help you be in the best health possible. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their health.

Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was disappointed that they weren't able to answer all of my questions. I still left feeling uncertain. When I called into make an appointment the wife Bonnie answered the phone and she didn't know how to schedule the correct day the doctor (husband) could see me, and she was very selfless also.
