They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Cynrhia Horner truly cares about her patients. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I wasn't stiff at all when I left. Cynthia Horner, D.C. always makes sure I'm comfortable. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Cynthia Horner, D.C. is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Cynthia Horner, D.C.'s prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Cynthia Horner, D.C.'s primary concern is what's best for me, and only gives me the advice that would benefit me the most.
