I have been going to Dr. Britton for 5 years. I drive from Sioux City for my appointments and treatments. Dr. Britton and his staff have been more than helpful and professional on every visit. They make you feel at ease and welcomed. I've had various treatments and have always had positive results. If i wasn't receiving the friendly service and excellent care I would not be driving up from Sioux City every month for treatments.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Britton for about two years now. I had suffered from back and neck pain as well as headaches for some time and after regular maintenance visits, this pain is well under control. What I love most is that Dr. Brittion and his staff are willing to take however much time is needed with each patient to ensure the treatment plan is tailored to his or her needs. Dr. Britton and his staff are the epitome of professionalism and are always available to answer any questions I may have. I am very thankful to Dr. Britton for improving my quality of life.

I have suffered with headaches & migraines for years, Dr. Britton helped me tremendously. With my adjustments & therapy I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I tell others of my wonderful success with Dr. Britton.
