They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I was in for a quick 15 second adjustment and out the door. Also asked to come back multiple times to fix problem. Why would I when the just seemed to rush me out the door right away. I do not know how in that short time they could fix anything. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. .Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. Billing is a nightmare.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
