They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Dr Pamela Traum gave me hope.

I have been going to Dr. Pam and Dr. Ed for over 5 years now. They are absolutely wonderful and very personable. They talk to you not at you and listen to what you are experiencing and try to help you. I love them!!!
