Horrible treatment at Arizona Pain treatmentCenter where Chiropractor Atkins advertises spinal pain treatment by medical doctors. I was physical hurt by too aggressive search for "pain triggers" on the back of patient with 20 year history of Lupus and arthritic chronic pain, and libeled in the insurance report named an addict with NO BLOOD TESTS FOR OPIATE USE. By mere 13 minute consult I was labeled an addict. Now, I have to prove by medicare billing from pharmacies and reports from nine (9) other doctors (who have blood tests for opiate use) over five year history that I am not an addict.
