I was really disappointed that they just gave me very general adjustments that didn't address my condition at all. They should have customized their treatment more. They exaggerated their abilities, and made me think they could do a lot more for me than they actually could. I was given false hope. One thing that made my adjustments more uncomfortable, was that their hands were pretty cold. I was able to bear it but it was difficult to stand it the entire treatment. During my adjustments they did not pay much attention to my problem area. I would have liked if they focused more on the actual purpose of my visit. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
