Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. One thing that's been so annoying about James Diana, D.C., is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain wjhen I left.

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
