I've had a few adjustments done by the doctor and he was polite patient and on point with what i needed done. I haven't experienced any pain or same problems since he adjusted me and that was over ten years ago from today. Thank you Dr. Strattman.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I was very numb when I left my appointment. It scared me to death and I'm never going back.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
