Dr. G is a real healer. I had chronic neck problems and I tried many other chiropractors before I found him. None of them could adjust my neck and I left the offices still in pain and out of whack or with a sprained neck. Dr. G. was a master at adjusting my neck. He is the best! Wonderful, caring doctor who will remember your name.

Dr. Giacoma is a real healer. I have a hard neck to adjust and he was great. I tried many other area chiros, but Dr. G. was the best. He communicates. He cares. He knows your name and remembers your situation and needs. The wait was always short and he fit me in if I had an emergency. The office is located off a busy street, so I felt safe. The staff was friendly and efficient. I prefer a hard adjustment and no frills, but Dr. G. offers the modalities for those who want or need them, and his adjustments are either gentle or firm, depending on the patient's needs. I no longer live in Tucson and I really miss my chiropractor. He kept me feeling great. I'd recommend him to everyone.

Beneath the pleasant demeanor, there exists an impatient, violent-tempered man who cares not to organize his office to benefit the patient. Patients may have to repetitively ask questions in order to receive an adequate answer from poorly trained staff. Chiropractor does not possess altruism nor sympathy in regards to the strife of his patients, and does not explain in detail certain processes of his office. Patients are left in the dark, and are left to question a receptionist lacking proper communication skills. The chiropractor is a friendly man if not questioned about the validity of the methods the office employs. General treatment between the Ajo location and Wilmot locations are very different. Younger, less affluent clients are treated differently in comparison to some of the older patients. Chiropractor appeared at first to be very helpful; however, it is very sad to see he is no different from any other businessman.
