I only have to go in every 4-6 months to get my back and neck worked on. Sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time does this to me. Dr. Degrado has worked on my neck and upper back enough that he knows exactly what to do and I feel much better afterwards.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
