I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I will absolutely return. I have been seeing Dr. Hennes and various staff for quite a while and they have all been very professional. Their qualifications are all prominently displayed as they should be. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
