I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
