Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.
