Love the new offices, they're very clean and relaxing in decor. My appointment felt a little rushed, but the doctor definitely slowed down when I asked him to.
They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. Dr. C. is great, and his staff is warm and welcoming..

I specifically asked to have traditional care when making the appointment then with Dr Caruso himself. My last visit with him he used the Pro Adjuster and I felt no relief at all. Now two years later i asked for a traditional adjustment and he was very into telling me how clinically proven this adjuster was and used it anyways. I feel like they don't want to help you but just want to see you over and over again to collect your money. I feel no different at all what a waste of time.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I it was clear that Dr. Caruso had a major investment in the Proadjustor equipment and favored that over traditional chiropractic care. I went for multiple time per week appointments for about six weeks and noticed no difference. Near as I can tell, the proadjustor technology is unproven and, at least in my case, pretty worthless.
