I would most likely not recommend them to anyone. I answered an ad, when Dr. Caruso was seeking to hire office staff. I took my time to send in a resume and was called fairly quickly to come in for an interview. During my long wait at the office to be interviewed I ran into two other people who were interviewing for the same position, seems a bit unethical to me.

After the interview, which was very short, I might add that I was the best dressed and had the neatest appearance of the three of us that were there to interview, I heard nothing, I got no response from Dr. Caruso whatsoever. Whether he wanted to offer me the job or not, seems like it would have been good business practice, not to mention quite courteous to contact me either by phone or more professionally with a letter letting me know that status of the position. This may have also offered some insite to myself why I was not considered for the position in spite of my close to 30 years of experience.

If this is the way he runs his business with staff, I certainly would never recommend him to anyone.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
