I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate, but PA smelled of cigarette smoke. The PA did not take care regarding the spreading of germs...coughing into his hand, etc. They exaggerated their abilities, and made me think they could do a lot more for me than they actually could. I was given false hope. No real exam. Blood pressure machines not working. Treatment was less than 3 minutes and useless. Tried to talk me into PT and massage. Office seems like a factory. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was a mess and not clean. They asked me to sit on a wet table. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a medical practice!
