Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
