Was referred to this doctor for some inflammation issue and spent hours getting there by public transportation. Following my visit and his treatment, felt awful and called up to ask a question. Left 2 messages and the doctor did not even have the decency to call back all week to answer a question but yet had no problem cashing all my checks very promptly. This lack of follow up and lack of care is something that I never experienced from any doctor in the past who does not participate in my insurance. Very disappointing considering that it was not my first time coming to him..

We've been getting excellent care from Dr. Bloom for years. We moved out of state, but usually make an appointment whenever we're in town.

They scheduled me for a follow up in one week but did not mention further follow-up appointments. The receptionist was very friendly. The dr made no effort to make me feel as though my questions were going to be answered. Not that it really matteres but the waiting room was very small and narrow & the chairs were pretty uncomfortable. The office was not very well organized. After I left my first appointment, I had absolutely no hope they would be able to help me. I wasn't very confident that they knew what they were doing. I had heard good things about him from a friend so I was hopeful when I arrived but I doubt I'll go back.
