Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. McLaughlin was recommended to me by an intensivist MD for intractable pain when i had been in bed, unable to move for 3 weeks.She made no promises but worked gently with me saying it would take time.After 4 weeks 2x a week I felt considerable improvement.It took some time but I am now about 99%.I haven't seen her in months and feel great.She's unusual and amazing.I've sent several people to her and they have all been helped.Her staff if nice and she is punctual & reasonably priced.I also appreciate the fact that she is non-force in her technique.She's amazing.
