everyone is really nice in the office. i never really have a wait, and i'm in and out and feeling better. they'll call me if i miss an appt and try to reschedule that same day. i appreciate that.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I live in northcarolina and im willing to travel to newyork for treatment by Dr.Benson because they are the best and no one can compare i love the whole staff thier the best.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Benson and Dr. Eisen are phenomenal care providers. They don't just treat you like patients, they treat you like people with courtesy, respect, professionalism, personalized care and a lot of HUMOR and SINGING when your spirits need to be lifted...I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!! And their administrative staff is exceptional when it comes to dealing with their patients. Kudos to the staff and doctors at 9013 Flatlands Ave. Couldn't ask for more in a health care provider...they could teach some of the doctors/staff that I've visited over the years a thing or two.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've given me a couple of nutritional and lifestyle tips, but I wish I had gotten more. I know it would have sped up my recovery. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
