They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
