I have been seeing Dr. Herbold over a span of several years. He is a very good chiropractor and the office is wonderful. His treatments are 'Spot-On' and always a benefit. Appointments are available and wait times in the office are very short.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
