I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
