After suspecting I had carpal tunnel syndrome, I visited my primary care physician. I was told to wear a brace for a couple of weeks and it would probably fix itself. A couple of weeks later, my problem worsened, so I returned to that office. I was prescribed a bottle of muscle relaxers and told to take one every night before bed. When I was still not relieved of pain, numbness, and pins and needles, I decided to see a chiropractor for the first time. I did not have to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment and Dr. Chinnici was extremely thorough from the first appointment. He actually sent me for xrays, explained everything about my problem and treatment. Unlike at my primary doctor's office, I was actually diagnosed, and I probably did not even have carpal tunnel syndrome. I have been going there, steadily, for the past several weeks and have almost complete relief now. The staff is extremely friendly and easy-going. I am comfortable there. Dr. Chinnici is extremely knowledgeable. Also, I never have to wait long. I have absolutely no negatives remarks; I highly recommend Dr. Chinnici and his office.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
