Dr. Estes was very good at explaining how to speed my recovery and at the same time make modifications with my daily routine and exercises. I also have the Houston Salsa Congress this weekend, and he gave me tips on my swollen ankle as well and taught me what movements to avoid and also how to treat any inflammation with ice. I have a follow up appointment on Monday, so I can learn how to not reinjure my back and also to check progress, which I'll probably need after a lot of dancing.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt pressured into having a neck adjustment, even though my Primary Care Doctor told me I shouldn't. Apparently, they have a difference of opinion.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.
