I love Dr. Estes and his staff. They always treat their patients with the utmost respect. They are really great about working with your schedule, offering late afternoon appointments for us working folks. The massage therapists are outstanding as well. Dr. Estes is very knowledgeable and has helped me with through breast cancer, broken bones and many other physical ailments.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
