They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed fairly current and safe. It wasn't state-of-the-art, but it got the job done. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
