I was so impressed with my appointment. All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot more confident after I left. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was ok. I was pretty comfortable the entire time. I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. They seem to really care about helping me and giving me the answers that I need. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. Dr. Carvajal truly care for his patients and their state of well being. I am very glad I found him. I have seen great improvement in my physical body in a very short time, and I love the way he takes time to explain what is going on in my progress.

The service was great, as soon as I got there I was greeted and given my paper work. I then had a thorough examination. I needed X-Rays, but I truly didn't want to take them. He had to talk me into it; the Doctor was right, and the X-ray's proved to be very beneficial for my issue. The adjustment did relieve the pain and the X-rays show the best way to management my condition...Thanks, Dr. Carvajal

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
