They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. After one visit, my back and leg pain improved. After three visits, I was totally healed of the terrible pain in my back and down my legs. Before I could not even raise my leg to cross it over the other. After treatment, I am not only able to cross both legs, I no longer have the back pain...it does not exist any longer. I can walk on my treadmill pain free. Dr. Bill is fantastic.
