I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I honestly felt that I was going to be injured during my adjustment, or that their equipment would fall apart. Everything seemed so old and outdated, it couldn't have been safe.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.

I stopped seeing this doctor about 4 months ago. I find him to be very unprofessional and really lacks knowledge of how to help patients. I took Dr. Hofstetter's findings and treatment plan to other doctors and they were in shock. He can spit out fancy words and show you xrays that are blurry and make you believe what he is saying is accurate but it is not. To all out there check records first before seeing any doctor. I had to learn after the fact about Dr. Hofstetter's dishonest practice. His office staff is another story.
