Very knowledgeable doctor. Have been to many chiropractors in my lifetime due to a childhood back injury. He is very supportive, usually on time (a big plus with toddlers!), and helped me greatly. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have really good customer service here. I like that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and welcome questions. I had a shoulder condition, for which I'd seen a physical therapist (10 sessions) and had no success. However, J. Maloof completely cured me!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The office was easy enough to find. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
