No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
I checked 7 other offices before I found this one which gives total and variable treatment, including getting rid of carpal tunnel problems. I am on a computer at least five hours a day, teaching computer applications.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
