There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. He fraudulently billed my ins. for thousands of dollars. He was not concerned about my health, only the money he could make. Worst chiro. ever!!
