His billing practices are terribly unfair.
Left me in more pain than I arrived at his office with.
Does not listen to the patient.

The office staff is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The doctor is a scam. After weeks of treatment I had no improvement.

I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with Rob Rattray, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all. I've never experienced any numbness! I always feel so much better after my appointments! Rob Rattray, D.C. puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Rob Rattray, D.C. was easy to reach in an emergency. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.
