I went to see Jim Ferlita for many years concerning issues with my back and especially my neck. He has excellent, healing hands. Absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever seen and allowed to treat me. Since moving out of So CA, I have had many different chiropractor's, but not one of them as skilled as Jim Ferlita. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. If you have a problem with your back or neck, do not hesitate to go see Dr. Jim! He's the best!
