I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did with this chiropractor. I signed up for the special program that allows a reduced cost for visits by providing payment upfront for the visits. I did not feel comfortable after a few visits and have REPEATEDLY asked for a refund of my remaining balance (which is considerable). I have waited over three months for a refund and have been promised numerous times that the money is on the way. Last promise was for me to have the funding by May 1, 2011. It is now May 28, 2011 and no money.
I am going to the BBB and to the California AG and report this issue. I will then have my lawyer contact Jeff Trigo within days. This is unexcusable behavior by Jeff Trigo and his staff/accountants. I am upset to the point that only my son-in-law will deal with the situation.
