Dr. Bill,

I've always appreciated the care that you had provided me years ago. I didn't require chiropractic care again until recently. Now I can appreciate your care and services even more. My recent experience indicated to me that I was working with someone who didn't have all of your experience--not that this current care was poor--just not the same caliber.
