My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room
