They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
