While living in the Bay Area I once went to a chiropractor in San Mateo, an experienced veteran who knew his business (I left feeling great). When he asked if I'd seen a chiropractor before and I told him "yes, Jim Keppler in Sacramento", he paused and said:"Jim is a chiropractor's chiropractor, he's the best". The man was somewhat in awe of Dr. Keppler (they were about the same age and I think we're in school together.)

Dr. Keppler IS the best. He is highly recommended.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait for what seemed to be an eternity - but not here. I was very impressed. There was convenient and easily accessible parking. Dr. Keppler explained everything that was going on with my body and I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference he made.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
